SEOUL, Feb. 1 (Yonhap) -- South Korean IPTV service Genie TV’s original drama “Delivery Man,” starring South Korean actors Yoon Chan-young and Bang Min-ah, will premiere next month.
The upcoming crime investigation drama will feature the stories of Seo Young-min, a taxi driver who comes to drive a ghost-only taxi, and Kang Ji-hyun, a ghost who lost her memory. Yoon Chan-young, who is best known for his role in the Netflix hit series “All of Us Are Dead,” will play Seo Young-min, a taxi driver who would drive anywhere only if he gets paid. He unexpectedly comes to drive his taxi exclusively for ghosts and fulfills the wishes of his customers.
Bang Min-ah, a former member of the South Korean girl group Girl’s Day, plays Kang Ji-hyun, who gets a ride on Seo Young-min’s taxi for free; she will play an unidentified soul who cannot remember who she is.
“Our drama will show off the charms of a wide range of genres, including humanist, comedy, romance, as well as mystery,” the production crew of “Delivery Man” explained.
The enthralling drama series will be available on Genie TV, ENA, and TVING in March.
