Seoul March 7 (Yonhap) -- K-pop girl group Le Sserafim expressed pride and honor for entering the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 with their latest song "EASY." The group shared their thoughts on the achievement, stating, "It feels gratifying and honorable that many people recognize our efforts."
Le Sserafim, through their agency Source Music on March 7, conveyed that entering the Billboard Hot 100 was a dream they had always held in their hearts. Their latest release "EASY" secured the 99th position on the Billboard Hot 100, marking Le Sserafim's first entry onto this chart.
The group addressed, "We never imagined our dream would come true so quickly. It still doesn't feel real." Expressing gratitude to their fandom "Fearnot," which serves as a driving force for them, they added, "We are most thankful to Fearnot, our driving force. We won't be complacent and will do our best. We will be a team that sincerely loves and enjoys music, so please watch over us."
Following their Billboard achievement, Le Sserafim is set to perform their follow-up track "Smart" on music shows, starting with Mnet's 'M Countdown' and continuing with KBS 2TV's 'Music Bank,' MBC TV's 'Show! Music Core,' and SBS TV's 'Inkigayo.'
Additionally, on April 13 and 20 of next month (Korea time), they are scheduled to take the stage at one of the major music festival, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in the U.S.
