SEOUL, July 6 (Yonhap) -- Famous Korean film company Taewon Entertainment established a music label “JUSTICE RECORDS” and entered K-pop market.

Quartet girl group IRRIS will be releasing its debut mini alum "WANNA KNOW" on Wednesday, announced JUSTICE RECORDS.

Team name from Greek word “iris”, IRRIS said their goal is to emit infinite lights like its symbol, which means freedom and liberation.

JUSTICE RECORDS collaborated with MELLOW Entertainment established by CEO Lee Jung-min, who built his career by taking charge of Wondergirls, 2PM, and MissA at JYP Entertainment.

The first mini album contains 4 songs including the title song “WANNA KNOW”, followed by “BYE BYE” which synthesizer and drum sound harmonize, and “STAY WITH ME”, a trendy pop song about lovers’ feelings for each other.

The title song “WANNA KNOW” is a song that wittily expressed frustration felt by a loved one.

This debut album was produced by "ICONIC SOUNDS," a producing team that has worked with top Korean artists such as SEVENTEEN, NCT, EXO, BTS, Red Velvet and TWICE.
