SEOUL, June 18 (Yonhap) -- RIIZE's first mini album 'RIIZING' has topped the iTunes 'Top Albums' charts in nine regions worldwide, SM Entertainment announced on the 18th.

The album, released the previous day, secured the number one spot in Brazil, Finland, Japan, Thailand, and several other countries.

In addition, it reached the top of Japan's Line Music real-time album 'Top 100' chart and claimed the number one position on domestic album charts such as Hanteo Chart and Kyobo Bookstore.

The title track 'Boom Boom Bass' ranked fourth on Melon's latest song chart 'Hot 100' and third on Bugs' real-time chart. The accompanying music video also soared to the second spot on YouTube's trending music list.

RIIZE held a premiere event at Blue Square Mastercard Hall in Seoul on the previous day, where they showcased their new songs for the first time. The event, attended by around 1,000 audience members, was also streamed live online for global fans.

RIIZE expressed their excitement, saying, "We were eager to show 'Boom Boom Bass' because we love it so much, and we're thrilled that the fans responded even better than we expected."

To celebrate the album release, RIIZE will operate a pop-up store at Starfield Suwon until the 23rd.
