SEOUL, Aug. 12 (Yonhap) -- Busan indie rock band Say Sue Me, which has been drawing attention from the global indie scene, will meet both Korean and foreign music fans through a "virtual tour."
Say Sue Me will hold a virtual tour "The Time in Between" three times from this month to next month, according to indie label Electric Muse on Wednesday.
The online concerts will be held on Aug.13. Sept. 3 and Sept. 24 based on the time zone in Korea, Europe, and the U.S. respectively.
The four member band plans to film performances at three venues in its hometown, Busan (OL'55, Ovantgarde, and Basement), in order to introduce Busan's live scene to overseas music fans.
Say Sue Me will showcase live performances of its new songs including the soundtrack "So Tender" from JTBC drama "Nevertheless" for the first time during the concert.
This virtual tour will be sponsored by the Korea Creative Content Agency.
Founded in 2012, Say Sue Me is a band based in Busan and has received attention from the overseas indie music community. The indie band is now perceived as the "ideal connection between local and worldwide."
The band has actively toured overseas and in 2019, Say Sue Me was the first Korean artist to appear on Seattle public radio station KEXP's "KEXP Live," a stage coveted by indie bands all over the world.
"As the band's overseas activities have been suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Say Sue Me has been working on new songs and we have planned an online virtual tour to help the band meet fans in Korea and abroad," Electric Muse said.
