SEOUL, Oct. 27 (Yonhap) -- The final winner of dance survival competition, “Street Woman Fighter” which brought a “K-Dance” syndrome with the female street dancers’ passionate performances is HolyBang.

The program’s final episode, broadcast on Mnet at 10:20 p.m. on the 26th, marked 3.5 % of viewer rate, according to Nielson Korea Wednesday.

The 4 crews who stood for the final grand-match were LACHICA, HOOK, CocaNButter and Holy Bang and they all successfully completed their performance stages. Other crews who competed in the show, PROWDMON, YGX, WAYB and WANT, were there too to watch the finale together.

The final winner was decided 30 % through global votes and 70 % through live-vote through text.

“The Korean dancers have already been ready-set for this moment since long ago. We hope for a lot of progress from the dance scene and for more love towards the dancers who just love dancing,” said Honey J, the leader of the final winning crew, Holy Bang

“Street Woman Fighter” is said to have become an opportunity to bring out the dancers from the stage sides, to recognize them as an artist and to discover the new stars with talents.

People were crazy for the dancers’ fresh performances and the crews gained popularity of an idol star with the number of their social media followers jumping up 5~10 times.

As much as the popularity, there were controversies as well. Hyeily of PROWDMON and Lee Su of WAYB were suspected of having bullied their peers in schools. Rozalin of WANT was rumored to have received tutoring fee but did not properly teach the student.

The official program schedules are over but the 8 crews (Holy Bang, HOOK, LACHICA, CocaNButter, YGX, PROWDMON, WANT, WAYB) will be performing in “Street Woman Fighter [ON THE STAGE]” in 6 regions, Seoul·Busan·Gwangju·Daegu·Changwon·Incheon, starting from Nov. 20. Also, in the end of this year, they will be back on screen in “Street Girls Figther,” a spin-off content.
