SEOUL, September 1 (Yonhap) -- South Korean actress Kim Hye-soo is going on an image transformation into a Queen who is very interested in his son’s education.
According to the South Korean broadcasting provider tvN on Thursday, “The Queen’s Umbrella,” shu-rup in Korean will premier in October.
“The Queen’s Umbrella” is about the Queen who is dedicated on her son’s education so she give up all of her pride and solely focus on providing her son with the best education they can provide throughout the palace. “The Queen’s Umbrella” also known as Shu-rup in Korean. Shu-rup is an old Korean word for umbrella.
Actress Kim Hye-soo will act out the Queen “Hwa Ryung” who is ready to take in anything if its for her son’s education.
One of the two teaser posters for the drama shows a Queen, acted by Kim Hye-soo holding an umbrella over her son despite of her getting her dress wet giving out the heartwarming visual of motherly figure whereas in another teaser poster it showcases contrasting image of the charismatic Queen giving out a firm strong leader like look with the stare.
