SEOUL February 8 (Yonhap) -- South Korean actor Lee Sung-min who acted out character Jin Yang-chul of “Reborn Rich” will return with the TVING’s original series where he will act out a Taxi driver who ends up driving a serial killer through a long distance.

South Korean OTT service TVING has addressed their intention of creating a new original series “A Very Lucky Day” on Wednesday and will showcase the series within the second half of 2023.

“A Very Lucky Day” which originates from the Webtoon by the same name, depicts a story of a normal taxi driver who ends up accepting the passenger who asks him to drive him to a very far destination Mokpo. Later on throughout the series, taxi driver finds out who the passenger was and the story takes strange and scary turns.

Lee Sung-min will act out the taxi driver Oh Taek who gets the offer to drive a serial killer to Mokpo, and actor Yoo Yeon-seok will act out Hyuk-soo the serial killer and actress Lee Jung-eun will act out a mother figure who cases after the serial killer who murdered her son.

Director Pil Gam-sung known for his movie “Hostage: Missing Celebrity” which premiered on 2021 will lead the production.
