Louis Vuitton unveils sneakers in collaboration with J-Hope, prelaunches in Korea

SEOUL, March 25 (Yonhap) -- Louis Vuitton said Wednesday it has unveiled the “LV Buttersoft Sneakers,” created in collaboration with its men’s creative director Pharrell Williams and brand ambassador J-Hope.

The product originated from custom-made shoes designed for J-Hope as he embarks on a world tour with K-pop supergroup BTS.

The sneakers combine the lightweight functionality of track running shoes with Italian leather craftsmanship to enhance both comfort and design quality.

The sneakers will be prelaunched in South Korea on Tuesday, ahead of their global release scheduled for April 30.
