SEOUL, Oct. 11 (Yonhap) -- COZI from Y2K, Korea-Japan collaborative band which gained popularity in the late 19000 to early 2000, will make a solo debut with debut single "One Fire" on Saturday, announced its agency Love Chips International.

COZI, who debuted as vocal and base of Y2k in 1999, has participated in songs including "After Breaking up," "Deep Sadness," and "Tragic Love." After Y2K, he went to Japan and became a member of band "SWANKY DANK"

This new single is the first solo and first activity in Korea in 20 years after his his last album as Y2K in 2002.

"Our Fire," composed and wrote by COZI, has addictive melody and sound. The song was written while recalling the memory in which he promised to a Korean fan club that "I will come back."

The singer will hold solo concert at Hongdae Rolling hall on Oct. 22 and meet fans.
