[K-Geography] Han River frozen today as well

SEOUL, Jan. 20 (Yonhap) -- The Gwangjin Bridge area of the Han River in Seoul is covered with ice in the morning of the 20th when the morning temperature in Seoul fell to minus 9 degrees Celsius.
