IKON successfully sells out Japanese concert

SEOUL, July 4 (Yonhap) -- Sextet K-pop boy group IKON, fully sold out their first concert tickets in Japan, announced YG Entertainment on Monday.

According to YG Entertainment IKON started off their “IKON JAPAN TOUR 2022” on July 2 and 3 at Kobe World Cup Hall in Hyogo Prefecture. IKON successfully sold out three of their shows performed within 2 days.

Starting with one of the most loved songs “Killing Me”, followed by “My Type”, “Love Scenario” and more, IKON performed for 150 minutes during their concerts in Japan. Also throughout their concert they premiered two of their songs “Dive” and “But You” in Japanese.

Due to the restrictions regarding COVID-19 crowds were not allowed to cheer throughout the concert.

“We are blessed and moved to see you guys again.” adding “We will do our best and work hard to show you guys a better and well matured selves.” announced IKON members throughout their concert.

IKON will drop their Japanese album FLASHBACK [+i DECIDE] which will include 12 tracks on Thursday. Starting on July 9 and 10, they will continue on with their concert in Yoyogi National Stadium, located in Yoyogi Park in Tokyo Japan.
