SEOUL, June 13 (Yonhap) -- The opening film of the "2022 Busan Food Film Festa (BFFF)," a festival where visitors can enjoy food and film-related content, will be Director Sean Cisterna’s film “From the vine,” according to the Busan City, Monday.

BFFF will screen 12 movies under the theme of “Mankind that drinks - ‘Homo Bacchus’” (translated title) from July 1st to 3rd at the Busan Cinema Center in Haeundae, Busan.

A variety of events will be held at the festival such as “Cook! Talk!,” a program where visitors can learn about the food featured in the film, “Food Terrace,” a session to eat the food in the film, and an event to drink and talk with the festival programmers.

In addition, in the “Food Salon” event, visitors can talk with experts about beer and alcohol in Busan, and in the “Food Seminar," participants can learn about alcohol. A “Food Zone” will be prepared for visitors to try out different kinds of food outdoors.

Along with the theme of this year, different types of alcohol such as wine, traditional Korean liquor, craft beer, and whiskey will be offered at the festival.
