[K-Geography] Breakthrough cold wave over Han River

SEOUL, Jan. 19 (Yonhap) -- On the afternoon of the 18th, when the cold wave warning went into effect in the central region, eastern Jeollabuk-do, and inland Gyeongsangbuk-do, 119 Gwangnaru rescue workers are working to secure an exit route near the dock of the Gwangnaru on the Han River in Seoul. The cold wave is expected to continue until the 21st.
