SEOUL, April 20 (Yonhap) -- “We’ve only been active for two years, but performing at KSPO Dome feels surreal. We’re happier than words can describe,” Jaehui said.

K-pop boy group NCT WISH shared their thoughts ahead of the encore concert of their first solo tour, "Into the Wish : Our WISH," held at KSPO Dome in Songpa District on Sunday.

The group held three days of encore performances from Friday to Sunday, drawing a total of 33,000 fans.

Riku said he was thrilled to showcase the group’s charms to a large audience, adding that he felt more relaxed and able to make eye contact with fans compared to last year’s performances.

Leader Sion described the past year as a period of growth, noting the group has performed more than 30 shows during its first tour and developed stronger teamwork.

The press event also marked the release of the group’s first full-length album "Ode to Love," set to drop April 20. The group unveiled the title track "Ode to Love" and the B-side "Sticky" for the first time during the encore concerts.

Sion said he was curious about fans’ reactions, adding he hopes the title track will become one of the group’s signature songs.

The new release retains NCT WISH’s signature refreshing sound while delivering a message to the world. Member Ryo said the group aims to show warmth in a cold world, while Jaehui expressed hope that many listeners would enjoy the album, noting the members put special care into each track.

"Ode to Love" samples Ode to My Family by The Cranberries, a song familiar to Korean audiences as background music for a segment on the comedy show "Gag Concert."

Despite the demanding schedule of touring and preparing a full album, the members expressed gratitude toward their fans, saying they were able to reach this point thanks to their support.

Looking ahead, member Sakuya said the group hopes to perform at dome venues in Japan after already holding arena concerts there.

The encore concert opened with "Steady," followed by performances of popular tracks such as "WISH," "poppop" and "COLOR," as well as Japanese album tracks including "Wishful Winter" and "NASA."

The group also presented stages for the upcoming "Ode to Love" and "Sticky," drawing enthusiastic applause from fans.

Other performances included "Skate," featuring Jaehui’s piano playing, "Design," incorporating props such as black strings and water, and "Hands Up," highlighted by live vocals.

Performing without backup dancers, the six members filled the KSPO Dome stage for nearly three hours, maintaining high energy despite the warm weather. Fans responded with loud singalongs, particularly during "poppop."

Actors including Shim Eun-kyung and Sung Han-bin of ZEROBASEONE were among those spotted in the audience.

Near the end of the show, Jaehui said he hoped the group’s growth was evident compared to their first concert, expressing gratitude to staff and fellow members.

Ryo said he felt relieved to successfully wrap up the tour, adding that the group owes much to its fans.

Riku said the group has grown significantly through the tour and hopes to present an even better performance on their next tour.
