SEOUL November 14 (Yonhap) -- Latest release of the Marvel Studio movie “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” topped the South Korean box office during the weekend.
According to the integrated network of movie tickets by the Korean Film Council on Monday, “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” topped the S.Korean box office by attracting total of 793 thousand audiences throughout the weekend scoring 79.9 percent of the total tickets sold within the weekend.

“Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” continued on with the average of 80 percent ticket sales share since the day of its premiere on November 9 for 5 consecutive days. Total accumulated audience until November 13 was over 1.08 million people.
South Korean block buster movie “Confession” which held the top position for the past two weeks, attracted 30.1 thousand audiences throughout the weekend placing second on the box office. The total accumulated audience for the movie “Confession” is at 680 thousand people.
“Everything Everywhere All at Once” featuring actress Michelle Yeoh, Animation movie “Crayon Shinchan,” and South Korean movie “Remember” featuring actor Lee Sung-min and Nam Joo-hyuk were ranked within the South Korean box office.
