Boy Group DAYCHILD Makes Debut with Single 'Illumination'

SEOUL, May 9 (Yonhap) -- K-pop boy group DAYCHILD has has unveiled their first single 'Illumination' on various music streaming platforms on the 9th, its label Black Bear Records said. 

 

The name, "DAYCHILD" signifies a group that is 'pure and bright like a new day,' the band stated. 

 

The group's debut single 'Illumination' includes a total of two tracks, including the title track, also named "Illumination." The members actively participated in album composition, composition, and lyrics, expressing their musical direction.

 

The title track is a dance-pop genre song that combines dreamy sounds with the bright voices of the members. It emphasizes easy listening while incorporating elements that reveal the group's identity.

 

The included track 'Until the moment when the nights of different times come together' is an R&B style song with lyrical lyrics.
