And now Son Heung-min’s wonder goal for Tottenham in their Premier League fixture against Burnley last December has been announced as the winner of the annual FIFA Puskas Award at the Best FIFA Football Awards ceremony, held online this year. The prize was established just over a decade ago in honor of Real Madrid legend Ferenc Puskas. It’s awarded to the player, male or female, who’s judged to have scored the most beautiful goal of the year.
