
Kimchi Day
Experts in making kimchi, "gimjang" in Korean, demonstrate their skills at the National Folk Museum in Seoul on Nov. 21, 2025, as part of a ceremony to mark Kimchi Day a day ahead. The government has designated Nov. 22 as Kimchi Day to promote the kimchi industry and raise public awareness of the Korean traditional side dish's nutritional value. (Yonhap)
