7 people aboard capsized boat found in cardiac arrest

The Korea Coast Guard (KCG) moves a crew member rescued from a capsized fishing boat at Gampo Port in Gyeongju, about 270 kilometers southeast of Seoul, on Dec. 9, 2024.
