SEOUL, June 8 (Yonhap) -- Boy group
Victon's Han Seung-woo, who is preparing to enter the army, will be saying a
temporary goodbye to fans with his upcoming solo album "Fade" on the
28th.
According to the track list released on Tuesday, the title track "Meet Again"
is a song that contains Han's desire to reunite with his fans someday again.
"Except for other instruments, the song is filled with just the piano and
Han Seung-woo's voice," the singer's agency PlayM Entertainment said.
"It's not fancy, but I hope Han Seung-woo's feelings will touch the fans'
hearts."
"Fade" is made up of five songs including "LL," featuring singer-songwriter
Suran and "Fateful Love." Han Seung-woo took the lead in writing and
composing all the tracks.
Han Seung-woo is scheduled to enter the military training camp on July 26. The
agency did not further disclose specific location and time.
Han Seung-woo, who debuted as Victon in 2016, quickly gained a stable fandom by
appearing on the Mnet audition program "Produce X 101" in 2019, and
later made his debut as X1 (X1).
However, the team disbanded due to controversy over Mnet's manipulation of the
voting process and Han returned to his original team, Victon last year. Since
then, Han Seung-woo has released several albums as a group and a solo artist.
