Abandoned and starving zoo animals kept alive by local neighbors

The zoo that first opened in 2019 has been shut down since November last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As the shutdown continued for longer than expected, the animals were abandoned here without vital care.
Then one day, a local resident who was taking a stroll around the zoo found the animals trapped in this poor environment.
