
Ex-minister Cho Kuk set free under presidential pardon
Former Justice Minister Cho Kuk, former leader of the minor Rebuilding Korea Party, meets the press after being released under a presidential pardon from Seoul Southern Detention Center in the capital on Aug. 15, 2025.
