SEOUL, Dec. 18 (Yonhap) -- Yongseung, a member of South Korean seven-member boy group VERIVERY, on a tour in the U.S., has been confirmed to have COVID-19, and his agency canceled all remaining concert schedules.
According to Jellyfish Entertainment, his agency, on the 18th, Yongseung was tested positive for COVID-19 on the 17th (local time).
Yongseung had no additional physical abnormalities other than mild headaches. He has been separated from other members and staff and is in self-quarantine in accordance with the quarantine guidelines in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.
VERIVERY will cancel all schedules, including performances in Cleveland, Harrisburg and New York, Jellyfish Entertainment said. "Yongseung and other members and staff will return home quickly considering health conditions."
All other members and staff have been tested negative.
Jellyfish Entertainment added, "We will do our best for Yongseung's quick recovery in accordance with the policies of local and Korean quarantine authorities in the future."
