SEOUL, April 19 (Yonhap) -- K-pop idol rock band, DAY6, popularly known for their charming voices, will conclude their "The Book of Us" series, which started in 2019.

It will be released through the band's seventh mini album, "The Book of Us: Negentropy - Chaos Swallowed Up in Love" at 6:00 p.m. on the 19th.

DAY6 mentioned through their agency, JYP Entertainment, "We think we've done a solid job but when we look back at our journey, we feel affectionate towards all the memories we share while working on the series." "We are happy to have earned and worked with valuable songs while proceeding with the book series."

The idol rock band started with book series with their fifth mini-album "The Book of Us: Gravity" in July 2019 and continued on with albums such as "The Book of Us : Entropy" and "The Book of Us: The Demon."

Their upcoming album, "Negentropy", is the first in a year to feature all the band members and deals with the ending parts of love just like when one finishes a book. The final chapter of Day6's book series seems to have a happy ending as their main message is that 'In the end, the energy that restores us is love.'

The title song "You make Me" drew special attention from fans after a teaser video with dramatic escalating sounds and moving lyrics such as "If only I had your love" was released.

The song was made by members Young K and Wonpil, who explained that they attempted to incorporate rock and emo hip-hop genres into their music. The members also said, "Many people have told us that the way the music unfolds is refreshing, which was meaningful to us."

"We hope people feel that the title song of this album perfectly fits the conclusion of the book series. We also hope that the audience will cherish both the music and message we've released previously and we want our song to be remembered as hopeful by many people."

Day6 member Sungjin, who suddenly announced his enlistment last month, also participated preparing for this album as well.

The rest of the Day 6 members said, "We laughed and made great memories together until the moment he [Sungjin] left for the military. Sungjin said he would go [join the army] first and wished us well for the release of our album. He's a person who is loved wherever he goes so we're not worried about him."

The band were loved for "Zombie", their previous title track of the sixth mini album, "The Demon." The song reached the top of the charts, becoming Day6's best records so far.

Day6 members added, "'Zombie' was meaningful because we all worked on the song with hopes that it would be a comforting song for both the listeners and our members as well. We were grateful for the impressive records but we tried to focus on the various messages we wanted to deliver."

As the most memorable moment in the book series, Day6's rapper, Jae said, "Every moment was precious but on the top of my head I remember singing 'Time of Our Life' on live and we had heard that 'Zombie' topped the charts," while Wonpil picked moments from their World Tour 'Gravity.'

Asked about where Day6's music will head after the end of the book series, Day 6 stressed that the goal for them is to "make music that can comfort, empathize and remain unchanged for a long time."
