SEOUL, Nov. 6 (Yonhap) -- Doyoung of NCT is set to release his latest single, "The Story," at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, according to SM Entertainment.
The Story is a pop-rock anthem dedicated to Doyoung and young adults striving through life’s challenges, delivering a message of encouragement and resilience. The song was written by renowned lyricist Kenzie, while Doyoung himself collaborated with composer Seo Dong-hwan to elevate the track’s quality and authenticity.
The single opens with rhythmic acoustic guitar riffs and Doyoung’s heartfelt voice. Toward the climax, the song builds with soaring vocals, powerful electric guitar, piano, and strings, creating a sense of excitement and anticipation.
Doyoung shared, “The Story was born from my desire to encourage those, like me, who are living intensely. I hope this song brings comfort to my fans and anyone in need of support.”
The Story will be available on major music platforms starting at 6 p.m.
