MBN to unveil first spin-off show of ‘Glowing Trotmen’

SEOUL, Mar. 21 (Yonhap) -- The very first spin-off program of MBN’s singing competition show “Glowing Trotmen” will be unveiled on Mar. 28, the local cable channel confirmed Tuesday.

The spin-off show will feature the top seven Glowing Trotmen, including Son Tae-jin and Shin Sung, traveling to Malaysia to promote this Korean pop music genre of trot as well as K-pop while singing their songs.

A total of two episodes will each be aired at 9:50 p.m. (KST) on Mar. 28 and Apr. 4.

The reality show has garnered wide nationwide attention and popularity by featuring trot singers from various walks of life.
