Hwasa to star in SNL Korea on Feb. 12

SEOUL, Feb. 11 (Yonhap) -- Mamamoo’s Hwasa will star on the 7th episode of SNL KOREA Season 2, which will air on Feb. 12 through the OTT platform Coupang Play.

SNL KOREA Season 2 is released every Saturday, but the shoot was suspended on the 3rd and canceled on the 5th as the staff, including guest Jung Il-woo and crew member Jung Yi-rang, were confirmed with COVID-19 at the end of last month.

The filming resumed on Feb. 7 only with the cast and production crew who tested negative.

Meanwhile, the Kokain dance by Heo Sung-tae, who starred in Netflix’s “Squid Game,” went viral in the 6th episode of the show, which was revealed on Feb. 29.
