SEOUL, June 24 (Yonhap) -- Actress Han Da-gam has been selected as the leading role of KBS 1TV's upcoming daily drama "National Representative Wife (tentative title)," according to BB Entertainment on Thursday.
"National Representative Wife" will follow the life of the main character who tries to upgrade the quality of her life by living in a house in Gangnam, which is one of Seoul's most upscale areas. The person later finds out that happiness is not about status but being surrounded by people who care for one another.
Han Da-gam will play the role of Seo Cho-hee, an employee who has worked at an advertising company for 12 years, and struggles to buy a house in Gangnam.
"National Representative Wife" will be broadcast for the first time in September after the drama "Be My Dream Family" ends.
