SEOUL, Nov. 5 (Yonhap) -- Former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin refuted rumors of her securing investments and signing contracts with other companies, stating they were entirely unfounded.

Min remarked in a statement released on Tuesday, "I've heard that rumors are circulating in the investment community about me receiving investment or entering a contract with someone... I have even heard of specific companies being mentioned, but I want to clarify that none of these are true."

She further emphasized that she has "never engaged in discussions or shared opinions with any company, including those named."

Previously, Min appeared on music critic Kim Young-dae’s YouTube channel on September 29, where she expressed frustration over false narratives, saying, "I never intended to leave, as HYBE claims, yet I keep getting unfairly framed and accused."

Min voiced concerns that "misleading rumors could cause unintended harm or be exploited by HYBE to instigate further disputes," clarifying that she wanted to dispel any misunderstandings through her statement.

In September, she filed a petition with the court for reinstatement as ADOR's CEO, but it was dismissed on the 29th of last month. The following day, ADOR’s board also rejected a proposal to reinstate her as CEO.
