tvN's "You Quiz on the Block" scores 6.7% in viewership after inviting BTS on their show

SEOUL, March 25th (Yonhap) -- tvN's entertainment show, "You Quiz on the Block" surpassed 6% of viewership last night as K-pop megastars BTS guest starred in the most recent episode.

According to Nielson Korea, a ratings research company, the 99th episode of "You Quiz on the Block", which aired at 8:40 p.m. yesterday, averaged 6.7% and recorded the highest ratings of the program itself at 8.6%.

This special episode drew great attention even before the show aired due to the fact that Korea's most renowned television host, Yoo Jae-seok would be meeting K-pop's greatest boy band, BTS.

On the actual show, BTS opened up about their current concerns as well as their hopes for the future as artists who are globally famous and have become the first Korean pop singers to be nominated for a prestigious music award.

The seven members of BTS talked about the behind the scene stories about their Grammy nomination as well as revealed their true feelings through individual interviews. In addition, BTS also played games while showing off their humorous charms to the audience.

"You Quiz on the Block" aired in August 2018 and is scheduled to air their 100th episode next week.
