SEOUL, Jan. 4 (Yonhap) – The drama “Ghost Doctor,” which displays unexpected bromance between Jeong Ji-hoon and Kim Bum, started off with a viewer rating of 4 percent.

The first episode of tvN new Monday and Tuesday drama “Ghost Doctor,” which was first aired on Jan. 3 at 10:30 p.m., has recorded a viewer rating of 4.4 percent, according to Nielsen Korea, the audience measurement company, on Jan. 4.

The first episode depicted a genius doctor Cha Young-min(Jeong Ji-hoon) and Go Seung-tak(Kim Bum), a rich resident in the hospital without any sense of duty, on their first meeting.

Young-min, who is cold and strict but considered as a skillful doctor, and Seung-tak, who is not satisfied with him, continued to show reluctance towards each other.

The story, which had been centered on a strange tension between the two, took a twist when Young-min was in a "coma ghost" state, where only his soul escaped from the body due to the car accident.

Seung-tak faced a situation where he had to operate on Young-min, who was brought to the emergency room, but he could not easily lift the scalpel, which raised the tension of the drama. At that moment, Young-min's soul was possessed by Seung-tak as the soul held his hand.

The drama is expected to show a story of sharing bodies between Young-min, who has a golden hand and saves people, and Seung-tak, who cannot even treat minor wounds.
