SEOUL, Feb. 26 (Yonhap) – Kim Da-young, a cast member of the Netflix series "Physical: 100," who has been embroiled in controversy over school violence, said, "I will reflect on my mistakes."
Kim Da-young said on social media on Saturday, "I admit that I was a so-called playing student about 14 years ago," adding, "Looking back on the past, I didn't know that what I said without thinking to my juniors would hurt."
"I have a shameful memory of swearing and saying hurtful things to my juniors," she said, adding, "I have never used physical violence or extorted pocket money in karaoke rooms or parks."
"I am sincerely sorry once again to those who have suffered damage from me," she said adding, "I will reflect on my mistakes."
Kim Da-young, who is working as a stunt actor, attracted viewers' attention by advancing from "Physical: 100" to the fourth quest "Icarus' Wings." However, she was at the center of controversy as revelations that she had been subjected to school violence in middle school were posted one after another on the online community.
