SEOUL, March 30 (Yonhap) -- The National Museum of Korean Contemporary History will introduce a new weekly nighttime guided tour program starting next month, the museum said Monday.

The "Culture Wednesday Night Tour" will be held every Wednesday from 7 p.m. for about 50 minutes, led by professional docents.

The tour begins at the fifth-floor history gallery, where visitors are introduced to the flow of Korea’s modern and contemporary history, along with major events and figures.

It then continues to the rooftop garden on the eighth floor, offering a view of the Gwanghwamun area while providing explanations on the historical significance and evolution of surrounding buildings and spaces.

The program is open to all visitors without prior reservation, allowing on-site participation.
