SEOUL, March 12 -- Titan Content, a US-based K-pop planning company, is teaming up with the local entertainment studio The Gurin Company to present a K-pop reality show.

According to Titan Content on the 12th, the two companies recently formed a partnership to produce the K-pop reality program "K-Pop Dreams," which utilizes a star discovery format.

Comprising a total of 10 episodes covering K-fashion, K-beauty, K-dance, and more, "K-Pop Dreams" will depict a narrative that extends from casting to the debut show of rookie groups.

Titan Content explained that the program aims to achieve the "realization of the American K-pop dream" by fostering the birth of the first K-pop star in the United States.

Once the program is completed, The Gurin Company's global distributor, TGC Global Entertainment (TGC GE), will distribute it to the global market.

Titan Content, founded last year, includes Chairman and former SM Entertainment CEO Han Se-min, CEO Katie Kang, CPO Lia Kim, and CVO Lee Gyeom.

The Gurin Company is a studio established by producer Phil Gurin, who won a Primetime Emmy Award for the ABC business audition program "Shark Tank."

Gurin stated K-pop has shaken the global market for the past two decades and has captivated people's hearts worldwide. He stressed “K-Pop Dreams" will create a new innovation in K-pop through the meeting of East and West.

Chairman Han said, "We will present K-pop not only as a talent discovery but also as a true lifestyle."
