Rising actor Song Kang casted as the leading role in JTBC's upcoming drama

SEOUL, March 18 (Yonhap) -- Actor Song Kang, who earned a great fan base with the Netflix drama, "Sweet Home", has been casted in JTBC's upcoming drama, "I Already Know (알고있지만)", according to his management agency, Namoo Actors.

Song Kang, who has continuously appeared in dramas starting with "Sweet Home", Season 2 of "Love Alarm" as well as tvN's "Navillera", will be playing Park Jae-eon in the upcoming drama. Song Kang's character is known to be kind and friendly to everyone but has no interest in being involved in a relationship.

Actress Han So-hee was casted as Song Kang's character's partner, Yoo Na-bi.

The upcoming drama is based on a webtoon written by cartoonist Jeong-seo.

The first episode will be aired in June.
