IZ*ONE’s former member Choi Ye-na will make solo debut on Jan. 17

SEOUL, Jan. 3 (Yonhap) -- IZ*ONE’s former member Choi Yena will drop her first EP on Jan 17 and debut as a solo singer, according to her agency Yuehea Entertainment, on Monday.

The entertainment released a poster and a timetable on their official SNS to announce the singer’s solo debut.

“Choi Yena played various positions in IZ*ONE, including lead vocal, lead dancer, and rapper. Choi will start her career as a singer and show many qualities as she prepared this debut for a long time,” said Yuehea.

 

Choi will begin pre-orders for the debut EP through various music streaming sites from Monday.

IZ*ONE’s Kwon Eun-bi, Jo Yu-ri, and Kang Hye-won previously released their solo albums, and Jang Won-young and An Yu-jin made their debut with girl group IVE.
