7-member multinational boy group Jwiiver debuts

SEOUL, Feb. 17(Yonhap) – K-pop rookie boy group Jwiiver has debuted with the first mini album “Jtrap,” according to the agency Starweave Entertainment on Feb. 17.

Jwiiver is a 7-member boy group, which consists of Shita, Rihan, Ryujei, Roshin, GabinK, Raots, and JuKang. Shita is from Macao and Raots is from China.

The majority of the members appeared in audition programs, including Shita on “Produce X 101,” Ryujei on “Boys 24,” and Roshin on “TO BE WORLD KLASS.” GabinK also participated in the Mnet’s hip-hop competition program “Show Me The Money 777.”

The title song “Jtrap” is a song of urban hip-hop genre, and the leader Rihan participated in making choreography in collaboration with the famous Japanese choreographer Marimo Kanno.
