SEOUL, August 31 (Yonhap) -- A celebration event of the eve of “FRIEZE SEOUL” will be held at Leeum art Gallery in Yongsan Seoul on September 1, announced the chairman of South Korean conglomerate CJ, Lee Jay-hyun on Wednesday.

Interested parties of music, art, film industry along with the vice chairwoman Lee Mi-kyung are expected make an participate throughout the event “CJ Night for FRIEZE SEOUL.”

The event is held in order to introduce not only Korean culture and CJ Group but also to host an event where interested parties of various art industries can efficiently create connections globally.

One of three globally well known art fair “FRIEZE” will kick off along with South Korea’s biggest art fair “KIAF”on September 2, for the first time in Seoul Korea.

FRIEZE which is in charge of hosting “FRIEZE SEOUL” is a subsidiary of American entertainment group, Endeavor. CJ ENM is known to have closed an acquisition deal on one of Endeavor group’s Content studio Endeavor Content in early 2022.
