Pagoda lantern lit for Buddha's Birthday

A pagoda made with Korean paper is lit up at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul on April 22, 2026, during a ceremony to light the 19-meter-high lantern modeled on a 13-story octagonal granite pagoda at Pohyon Temple on Mount Myohyang in North Pyongan Province, western North Korea.
