On October 4 of 2023, EPEX released their sixth EP album, 'Can We Surrender?' Which is a prelude of Anxiety Chapter 2.

The lead track, "FULL METAL JACKET," shines light on the current state of school bullying and raises awareness of the tragic reality of the dangers of violence and the loss of humanity caused by it.
