Heavy snow advisory issued for Seoul

SEOUL, Feb. 6 (Yonhap) -- A heavy snow advisory was issued for Seoul at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, the state weather agency said.

The advisory is issued when 5 or more centimeters of snow is expected to accumulate over 24 hours.
