On August 30 of 2023, H1-Key released their second mini album, "Seoul Dreaming."

One of the double title songs, "SEOUL (Such a Beautiful City)" is about how hope and despair, happiness and sadness cross each other in Seoul, the city of opportunities. It contains the story of H1-Key's wonderful dreams. The other title song is "Time to Shine." It has a message about how our light and hope to dream will never cease.
