TEMPEST released their 2nd mini album 'SHINING UP' on August 29th, 2022.
Title 'Can't Stop Shining' shows the rookies' youthful passion with the lyrics telling how the boys who have just made their first step into the world got to realize that 'I' and 'we' are the ones who are ultimately shining, after moving along the bright light that they could see even with their eyes closed.
