Anniv. of Japanese-related child welfare facility's foundation

Gongsaengwon, which means Symbiosis Park, was launched in 1928 as an orphanage by Yoon Chi-ho, a Christian evangelist, and run by his Japanese wife, Yoon Hak-ja, who had the Japanese name Chizuko Tauchi and hailed from Kochi Prefecture.
