Fishing boat sinks off Jeju Island

The ship sank 24 kilometers off Jeju's Biyang Island earlier in the day. Of its 27 crew members -- 16 South Koreans and 11 foreigners -- 15 were rescued, including two who were found unconscious and later pronounced dead, while 12 others remain unaccounted for.
