Simultaneous dialogue service at Seoul subway stations

A foreign visitor uses an AI-powered simultaneous dialogue system, enabling communication with subway employees with their native languages, at Gwanghwamun Subway Station in Seoul on March 14, 2024. Seoul Metro announced that the system, which has undergone testing at the station since December of the previous year, will be implemented at 10 additional stations. The system supports 13 languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Russian, Thai, Malaysian, Vietnamese and Indonesian. (Yonhap)
