Potential propaganda broadcast toward N. Korea

Seen here is a South Korean guard post in the Demilitarized Zone bisecting the two Koreas on June 7, 2024. Three days ago, the South Korean government decided to completely suspend a 2018 inter-Korean military accord, following North Korea's sending of hundreds of trash-carrying balloons into South Korea. The decision enables the resumption of propaganda broadcasts targeting North Korean soldiers via loudspeakers in the border area. It's not immediately confirmed whether the guard post has installed loudspeakers or not. (Yonhap)
