German cruise ship in S. Korea

The German-registered cruise ship Amadea carrying some 800 passengers and crew members leaves the port of Sokcho, 158 kilometers northeast of Seoul, for its next destination, Busan, on March 14, 2023, one day after its port call there. It is the first time a foreign-based cruise ship has made a port call in the country since February 2020, when quarantine authorities banned cruise ships' entries due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
