U.S. military reaffirms defense commitment to Asian allies after N.K. missile launches

WASHINGTON -- U.S. Indo-Pacific Command on Tuesday reaffirmed America's defense commitment to regional allies, hours after North Korea fired multiple close-range ballistic missiles and artillery rockets toward the Yellow Sea.

In a statement, the command said that it is aware of the missile launches and is consulting closely with allies and partners.
